Boston Dynamics Handle robot can rock and roll your world

We have seen robots running, jumping and moving before. But Boston Dynamics, an Alphabet-owned robotics company, has this time revealed a robot that has moves which can put humans to shame.
Dubbed Handle, the robot was first introduced to the world at a conference in Los Angeles by company's founder Marc Raibert. He showed a short video of Handle, referring to it as "nightmare inducing." In a new extended video, uploaded by the company on Monday its YouTube channel, the robots is seen doing some really impressive tricks and moves.
Handle is company's new innovative robot. According to the video description, the robot is 6.5 ft tall, travel speed of 9 mph and jump up 4 feet.  "It uses electric power to operate both electric and hydraulic actuators, with a range of about 15 miles on one battery charge. Handle uses many of the same dynamics, balance and mobile manipulation principles? found in the quadruped and biped robots we build, but with only about 10 actuated joints, it is significantly less complex. Wheels are efficient on flat surfaces while legs can go almost anywhere: by combining wheels and legs Handle can have the best of both worlds," notes the company.
In the video, Handle is seen spinning around smoothly, lifts 100 pounds of weight and making 360-degree turns. Not only these, Handle climbs down the staircase easily and can even glide through snow and uneven terrain. Check out more in this video.
