As things are getting intense before MWC 2017, Gionee is looking forward to strengthen its portfolio’s by exhibiting two smartphones from its new A-series, which are dubbed as Gionee A1 and Gionee A1 Plus . The confirmation can also be attributed to the media invites sent for the launch of mentioned smartphones for MWC 2017 in Barcelona on February 27 at 11am (Local time).
Some renders have been spotted online on website— gadgetsinnepal , as per the said site, the smartphones are known to go on sale in Nepal on March 15 in Golden colour and expected to be priced at 35,999 Nepalese Rupee, which is Rs 22,496 in India.

The Gionee A1 may come with Android 7.0 Nougat operating system which will be wrapped under Amigo OS 4.0.
The smartphone is said to sport a 5.5 inch full HD (1920x1080 pixels) 2.5D curved glass display with Gorilla Glass protection. It will run on a 1.8 GHz Octa core processor which will be stacked along with 4GB of RAM. The phone comes with a 64GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card.
For the optics part, it may come with a 13-megapixel rear camera with PDAF and a good 16-megapxel front-facing camera for selfies and video chats. The back as well as front camera module are said to fit a LED along.
