WhatsApp new update rolls out with 5 new features: The new version v 2.12.15 of WhatsApp for Android users has finally rolled out after a month of beta testing. The Facebook owned messaging company not only increases the number of emoji’s but also lessen the amount of data consumed in WhatsApp calling. 1. Enhanced photo sharing: sharing photos only via gallery was so much cumbersome and users always wanted to share pictures from other apps that are installed. But here us a good news for all of them as the new version lets you to share photos from Microsoft ‘s One Drive, Dropbox or even Google Drive. You will be able to see the option after selecting all the photos, appearing at the bottom of the screen.
2. Document sharing: now the option of sending documents through your conversations is possible after the update. But you can only send document of size upto 100 MB and not more than that. You can see this option on clicking the arrow in the bottom left hand corner.
3. Background colours: you can now change the background of WhatsApp once you get the latest update. You can choose any background of your choice and put it. The option is available to you in the app’s setting menu. You can choose from there your own background from the photo library.
4. Storage space: yes you are reading it right, after the latest update the amount of space has been reduced by the company which it required to function. This helps you to store more messages and music.
5. Video zoom: now you can zoom in on the videos to see what has been sent to you in full details. Don’t have to try hard now to make out what the detail in the video just by pinching your fingers on the screen.
