Sony Xperia XZ gets a price cut of Rs 10,000, available for Rs 39,990

Sony launched its flagship Xperia XZ on 29 September 2016 in India. The smartphone was launched with a price tag of Rs 49,990, although the MRP was said to be Rs 51,990. After almost 5 months of its launch, the smartphone is now listed on company’s website with an MRP of Rs 41,990.

Recently, we witnessed a price cut of Rs 10,000 on Xperia X, which later got an additional discount of Rs 4000. Following the same rule, the Xperia XZ is now up for grabs at discounted price. Moreover, if you want to avail a flat discount of Rs 10,000 on the smartphone, you can buy it from Sony’s exclusive online partner Amazon India, where Amazon is selling the Sony Xperia XZ for Rs 39,990. However, there is no word on the time limit or validity of this offer. 

Although the smartphone did not receive the deserved attention, it was one of the finest smartphones from Sony till now. The camera on Xperia XZ comes with three sensor, which is one of the major highlights of the device. The three sensors include a CMOS sensor, a RGBC-IR sensor and a laser autofocus sensor to click the best shot. It also packs a 13Mp wide-angle front camera that has managed to impress the majority. 

The Xperia XZ comes with Snapdragon 820 chipset with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. It has a 5.2-inch full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. It comes with Android Marshmallow out of the box but Nougat update is already rolling out for the XZ. It comes with a 2900mAh battery that support Quick Charge 3.0 via USB Type-C charger.
