At this juncture, Samsung Pay supports only Mastercard and Visa from selected banks. It is accepting credit cards of Axis Bank, HDFC, ICICI, and SBI. Also, debit cards of Axis Bank, HDFC, ICICI, and Standard Charted Bank are accepted. After a valid registration, you get a follow-up email to set up the service.
