Connect Broadband, the telecom arm of the Videocon Group has collaborated with mobile wallet firm MobiKwik to offer digital payments option for its customers."At Connect we continuously look for ways and means to enhance customer experience, meet & exceed customer expectations and delight them. "Currently only about 29% of our customers are using digital modes to make their bill payments, and I am sure that with this unique tie up, this percentage will climb up to 50% within next couple of months," added Bali.
Mobile wallets currently account for around 9% of the company's bill payments and it hopes to increase the wallet's contribution to 30% over the next couple of months with this partnership.
