Apple unveils details on its upcoming MacBook Pro in the latest beta of macOS. It’s not unreasonable to think that Apple is working on its next generation of MacBook Pro laptops. After all, Apple usually launches new MacBooks at the end of each year, although we do not always see a design change.
Now, thanks to the macOS 10.12.4 beta files, we can get a good idea of what is to come. The blog Pike’s Universum has discovered in the new macOS beta three references that do not fit with any current MacBook Pro model.
The new MacBook Pro of 2017 could come with Intel Kaby processors more efficient and faster. In almost all cases it is a direct upgrade to the current Skylake processor to the equivalent in the Kaby Lake series. So getting the MacBook Pro 15″ now has a i7-7700HQ core .
The processors of the Kaby Lake generation have clock speeds slightly higher than the Skylake processors. Whether Apple has made more modifications to the new laptops, is not known. It is not yet clear when will Apple announce the MacBook Pro with Kaby Lake processors, but experts point that we might have to wait for at least six months.
The first beta of macOS 10.12.4 it appeared in late January, presumably the final version will be ready in late February.

The 2016 models of the MacBook Pro have been on the market only for a few months, following their introduction in late October last year. Presumably the announcement of new models will be announced at the WWDC event for developers, which takes place in June. In mid-January the well-known Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said that Apple will release MacBook Pro laptops with Kaby Lake chips in the summer. Lets see when Apple makes the official announcement to these new Macbooks, but we believe this announcement will take place in June.
