Huawei P9 Smartphone with 12MP of rear camera going to launch next week: Soon in India Huawei’s latest flagship smartphone P9 will be launched. According to some sources, probably next month the company officials are in response to a question on offline markets confirmed that P9 flagship will be hitting the Indian markets sooner than expected.

Back in April in the UK, Huawei launched the P9 Plus and P9 smartphones. The company has been bragging about their dual 12MP camera of the smartphone that is housed at the back, that is made in the collaboration with the highly acclaimed camera maker i.e. Leica. The company is aiming at taking smartphone photography to the next level with the P9.

Some other key specifications of the smartphone include Android Marshmallow out-of-the-box with EMUI 4.1 on top and a 5.2-ich full HD IPS display. The smartphone comes in 4GB/64GB and 3GB/32GB variants and it is powered by an octa-core Kirin 955 processor. Though till yet there is no information whether both these variants will be available in India. The smartphone is backed by 3000mAh non-removable battery. Some connectivity options include 4G connectivity, a fingerprint scanner and USB Type C connectivity.

In India, the company also confirmed that latest Android Marshmallow update is now rolling out for the Honor 5X smartphone. In addition, the Huawei recently launched smartphone in India i.e. Honor 5C that is priced at Rs. 10,999 and the smartphone is exclusively available on Flipkart.

Huawei is also working to add some new features to its EMUI custom Android interface. The new Android OS interface is expected to sport all the features that are found on the other Android smartphones, but with the Huawei’s own touch.
