According to the Zauba listing, the alleged Yu YU6000 smartphone has been imported to India for Rs 9,360.
Micromax's subsidiary Yu was expected to launch the rumoured Yu YU6000 alongside Yu Yutopia last year itself. But Yu said nothing about the device at that time. Now the Yu YU6000, which was earlier spotted on GFXBench and Geekbench benchmarking sites, has been listed on Zauba.com, an Indian Import and Export company website. According to the Zauba listing the Yu YU6000 smartphone has been imported to India for Rs 9,360.
The upcoming smartphone is expected to succeed the Yu Yureka Plus, which was launched in India last year for Rs 9,999.
As per listing, the Yu YU6000 has a 6-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display and not a 4.6 inch screen as was found in its GFXBench listing. The Yu6000 has a Octa-core MediaTek (MT6753) processor, 3GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, microSD slot and the Android 5.1 (Lollipop) operating system.
Further, the smartphone has a 13-megapixel rear camera, 8-megapixel front snapper, Dual SIM, 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and a micro USB 2.0 port.
