South Korean behemoth Samsung unveiled Galaxy C7 Pro in China in January 2017. After three months, the company has finally launched the phone India at a press event in New Delhi. The device is priced at Rs. 27,990 and will be available exclusively on Amazon.in starting from 11th April. However, the company didn't provide any details about its sibling Galaxy C7's launch.
The Galaxy C7 Pro comes with a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED Full HD (1080 x 1920 pixels) display with a screen resolution of 386 ppi. Under the hood, it is powered by a Qualcomm MSM8953 Snapdragon 625 chipset that houses an octa-core CPU with Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and Adreno 530 GPU. On the storage front, it packs 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage with an option to expand the storage via microSD card.
The rear camera comes equipped with a 16MP f/1.9 system that is assisted by autofocus and dual-tone LED flash. It can record videos up to 1080 pixels @ 30 FPS. On the front, it features a 16MP sensor behind the lens with f/1.9 aperture. The device runs on Android 6.1 Marshmallow with a Samsung UI on the top.
A non-removable 3300 mAh battery with fast charging support fuels the device. Connectivity options on the device include 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, NFC, GPS, Bluetooth 4.2 and USB Type-C. Sensors on board are Fingerprint (front-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass. It is available in two color options: Navy Blue and Gold.
