The highlight of these smartphones is its enhanced cameras, revived design language and the IP68 certification. The camera this time comes with a better low-light optimisation and has a simplified camera UI in comparison with the 2016 models. Unlike the older models, the new A-series smartphones come with a USB Type-C port for data syncing and charging. Both the phones come with dual-SIM support.
Galaxy A series was first launched in 2015, aimed at different price segments. The three phones come in three different screen sizes and configurations.

Price and availability
The Galaxy A5 (2017) is priced at Rs. 28,990, while the Galaxy A7 (2017) is priced at Rs. 33,490. Both the phones will be available in Black Sky and Gold Sand colour variants.Both smartphones will go on sale from March 15 onwards, and the pre-booking begins from March 6 (Monday) via the Samsung E-Store as well as offline retailers.
