latest LG’s 2017 K-series to debut in India on February 22

LG is constantly making it to headlines since the leaks and renders of company’s upcoming flagship have starting pilling out. With less than a week left for MWC 2017 to commence, LG has slated its media event in New Delhi on Wednesday. It is expected that the company has plans to roll out the 2017 ‘K’-series smartphone in the India.

LG has sent out invites for its upcoming event. However, the invite doesn’t seem to hint much about the launch, but there is one thing that gives a signal about the motive of the event. LG has invited Union IT Minister, Ravi Shankar Prasad as a chief guest, who was also present at the time of LG K10 LTE and K7 LTE launch. Both the K series smartphones are made in India, so we can assume the upcoming smartphone to extend made in India LG ‘K’-series.

The expected K series smartphones are K8 (2017), K4 (2017), and K2 (2017). All these smartphones will serve the budget segment category. LG was a bit harsh with the pricing of it’s K series smartphones last time, resulting a not-so-good response. This time, the company may come up with competitive pricing to tackle the competition.

The 2017 K series smartphones were earlier unveiled at the CES this year. LG announced the K3 (2017), K4 (2017), K8 (2017) and K10 (2017). Keeping the diverse need of consumers in mind, the company has designed these smartphones suiting different kind of user needs.
