Trick:-

1. It is the simplest trick.. Connect Your 3g BSNL Dongle your pc with zero balance or with data pack.

2. Connect with default APN : BNSLNET.

3. Immediately After connecting with data card press connect on PD Proxy With UDP port 9200 [working in haryana ] or 9201.

4. Yupp all done ! Now enjoy

ALL DONE. Guys we giving trick which are working  great with 9201 port you can also try 9200 port if it’s not work with you
